Progress Cavity Pumps

CSF are a world leading manufacturer of Hygienic and Industrial Progressive Cavity / Screw Pumps.

CSF manufacture a wide range of Food-safe Progressive Cavity Pumps with a large suction chamber and manufactured in polished AISI 304 and/or 316 stainless steel for transferring products of low/medium viscosity.

Also available are the CSF Industrial series pumps, with a robust construction for arduous operating conditions. Made entirely from stainless steel or in cast iron, with stainless steel shafts. They have flanged connections in accordance with standard EN 1092-1 PN16.

Special versions can be manufactured with pre-feed hopper and an auger screw for viscous products which do not flow freely in a pipe. The top part is fitted with a rectangular flange to which any type of conveyor can be attached. Other special version include a  hopper and double synchronised pre-feeding screws, mounted below a Vane Crusher. The Vane Crusher blades chop the product and push it towards the bottom of the hopper. The two pre-feeding screws then push the product into to the pump stator.

Thee “MAV” range of vertical progressive cavity pumps, made from AISI 316 stainless steel, are designed for vertical installation with the inlet immersed directly in the product. Used for racking operations and the emptying drums or containers. Suitable for fluids with various characteristics such as abrasive media, with a low to medium viscosity or with suspended fibres and solids. They can be installed on a special manually or pneumatically operated drum-holding trolley

The CSF centrifugal pumps are designed, tested and approved in accordance with EHEDG specifications and American 3A sanitary standards.

In addition to the supply of new CentrifugalProgressive Cavity Pumps, we stock Spare Parts and Components for the complete CSF range of pumps. We also employ a team of skilled engineers to carry out repairs and refurbishments of CSF pumps either at your site or in our 4,000 square foot workshop near Doncaster.
